SPECTRUM Talent Delivery has been developing diverse graduates into successful young professionals for years. With various career solutions and customized training program, our apprentices gain real world work experience as they develop. You get the benefit of their production during training, while SPECTRUM assume the hiring risks. We are currently supporting customers in technology, insurance, financial services, automotive and manufacturing.

  • Together, we complete a discovery process to determine your specific requirements.
  • During the recruitment process, SPECTRUM will identify and assess potential candidates based on the criteria identified in the discovery process and select the best candidates to fulfil your requirements.
  • You then interview and select the best apprentices for your company.
  • A detailed training plan will be developed to deliver the necessary technical, business process, and soft skills identified in the discovery process.
  • Candidates will be hired by and become employees of SPECTRUM.
  • While working on-site with your company, candidates will benefit from on-the-job training cultural acclimation.
  • At the end of the program, you have the opportunity to hire the apprentice directly with no additional cost.
  • Apprentices are contractually obligated to stay with you for at least one year.
